Our story
Schaffner Law was built on a simple premise: every client deserves to work directly with a senior attorney who knows their case, their goals, and the details that matter. That does not always happen at larger firms. It does here.
Jennifer is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to resolve cases efficiently, always keeping her clients' best interests in mind. She is joined by Joe Maher, Special Counsel, whose practice focuses on complex divorce, parenting-related litigation, and post-decree matters.

We are also experienced in appellate practice. Jennifer began her legal career as a Staff Attorney at the Colorado Court of Appeals and has since achieved favorable outcomes for numerous clients before both the Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.
